Fact fue una banda Alemana de heavy metal, para muchos es una  banda de culto
por la dificultad de connseguir sus albunes que fueron dos : As a Matter of Fact 1984
y Without Warning 1985 , ellos segun algunos  los especialistas son una banda "Acceptized"
por su similitud con sus coterraneos ACCEPT, tanto en lo musical como en lo vocal ,
material muy recomendado para los fans de ACCEPT y UDO.
